We first learned of EARTHSHIPS several years ago when researching off grid living solutions.
Their unique style, non-conformity and self sufficiency captured our attention.
We first visited an EARTHSHIP in 2019, when we toured 4 different EARTHSHIPS under various stages of construction by 4 different Owners in Crestone, Colorado.
All 4 groups building their EARTHSHIPS in Colorado were either directly or indirectly students of Michael Reynolds, the Inventor, Architect & Pioneer behind the EARTHSHIP.
Mr. Reynolds shares the EARTHSHIP Method with an International Audience and there are EARTHSHIP Projects in several Countries.
EARTHSHIPS and Michael Reynolds have been the subjects of 2 Documentaries, "Garbage Warrior" and "Don't Flush Your Freedom".
Michael was also recently featured on 60 Minutes Australia. The 60 Minutes Australia Interview and the 2 Documentaries are shown below.
Since 2019, we have been in communication with Michael Reynolds and his Team about scheduling an interview.
Our timelines recently converged and we were able to interview Michael Reynolds at the EARTHSHIP World Headquarters near Taos, New Mexico.
