Meet Catherine & Tanner Klemcke, first generation farmers and owners of 1915 Farm. Their farm currently sits on 57 acres, outside of Meyersville, Texas. Their journey began when they watched the FOOD, INC. documentary, which made them think about where our food comes from. They began to further educate themselves on the subject and Catherine decided to leave pharmaceutical sales an soon after they purchased the land.They got married and spent the next three years restoring the land, the original farm house which they discovered was built in 1915 and launched their farming business.They are a young couple whose mission, passion and commitment is to raise high quality premium chicken, pork and beef without hormones or antibiotics with 100% transparency.
