The town of Wamsutter is only 16 miles from this 40 Acre Ranch. In Wamsutter you will find the Wamsutter Community Health Center, Desert School, convenient stores, food, fuel and a United States Post Office.

6. The notarized Deed will be recorded with the County Clerk & Recorder where the property is located. Once the County records the Deed (usually 1-2 weeks), we will provide you with the Original Notarized Deed and a copy of the Recorded Deed.
