6. The notarized Deed will be recorded with the County Clerk & Recorder where the property is located. Once the County records the Deed (usually 1-2 weeks), we will provide you with the Original Notarized Deed and a copy of the Recorded Deed. We cover ALL of the costs for document preparation, shipping, notary and recording fees.
